Artistic management activities as Head of the Ballet company of the Bucharest National Opera 2009 - 2011:

The introduction in the current repertoire of Bucharest National Opera, for the first time in Romania, the two works created by George Balanchine: “Serenade” and “Valse Fantaisie”.

The introduction in the current repertoire of Bucharest National Opera, for the first time in Romania, a show created by Jiri Kylian: “Falling Angels”.
- The introduction in the current repertoire of Bucharest National Opera, for the first time in Romania, a show created by Edward Clug: “Tango. Radio & Juliet”.
- Creating for the first time in Romania a program dedicated to MA students in choreography, and presented at the Bucharest National Opera, respectively Experimental Studio Opera and Ballet.
- Organization, at the national level, for the first time in Romania, an audition for the award by Suzanne Farrell, a scholarship to Washington.
- Organization 6th Anniversary show for the former prime ballerina of Bucharest National Opera.
- Organizing an International Ballet Gala, celebrating the occasion of International Day of Dance.
- Organizing a workshop taught by Laura Graham, to study art and choreographer William Forsythe style.
- I am sponsor of the show “Falling Angels” by Jiri Kylian and William Forsythe's workshop.
- Develop project documentation studiOpera (specialization Ballet Master), developed by Bucharest National Opera in partnership with Accademia Teatro alla Scala.
- Developing a partnership with the High School of Choreography Floria Capsali by distributing the students in the ballet shows,
as an opportunity to gain experience of the stage and the opportunity to study in rehearsal halls of Bucharest National Opera, free.
- The introduction in the National Theatre Festival program, the ballet company of Bucharest National Opera, with “Fantastic Symphony” show, created by choreographer Gigi Caciuleanu (2010).
- Participation of the ballet company of the Bucharest National Opera in the twentieth edition of George Enescu International Festival, with the "Evening of Ballet" show (2011).
- Promoting a new generation of soloists but also the new masters of rehearsals.
